DUCHESS OLESSIA NANDAR

The head of House Nandar, Olessia resides in NANDAR VILLA in WATERDEEP. 
Her main aim to restore the good name of her family, after some bad business about a hundred years ago forced the family to relinquish their noble status. This has since been reinstated, but Olessia is keen to rebuild the family's reputation. Offering services of construction (the family business) to help Waterdeep grow will, she hopes, help to put further distance between the present and the dark past.
However, her immediate concerns relate to her sister, LADY VELROSA NANDAR the High Steward of NIGHTSTONE, who has sent word of a spate of goblin attacks in the small settlement just south of Waterdeep. She cannot afford the time to visit Nightstone herself and Velrosa's husband EARL SHILTON ZUN is a waste of space (preferring to gamble & drink) but she can afford to send a party of adventurers to scope out the small township.
