Nandar Villa is the seat of power for HOUSE NANDAR and is located in the North Ward of WATERDEEP.
DUCHESS OLESSIA NANDAR, the head of the family, resides here as she aims to rebuild the reputation of the family after a scandal 100 years ago.
The estate is made up of two buildings (with two and three storeys) - the servants, horses and carriages are housed in the smaller building whereas the family lives and does business from the larger property.
