NEVEREMBER HOUSE

Located in the Sea Ward of Waterdeep, Neverember House is owned by RENAER NEVEREMBER. It is a plush 4-story house, paid for by the wealth he inherited when his mother passed. 
Whilst it is permanently staffed and frequent visitors come and go, Renaer himself is rarely to be found in the residence. Estranged from his father, Dagult Neverember (formerly THE OPEN LORD OF WATERDEEP), Renaer is suspicious that his property is under surveillance by spies in his father's employ. Thus, Renaer tends to spend the majority of his time in taverns, inns or properties owned by THE HARPERS or his friends.
