THE BLACKSTAFF, LORD MAGE OF WATERDEEP

'Blackstaff' is the title and name given to the master of the eponymous staff and Blackstaff Tower, and the Lord Mage of Waterdeep.
The current Blackstaff of WATERDEEP is VAJRA SAFAHR.
Among other responsibilities, the Blackstaff works closely with FORCE GREY, handpicking operatives for missions whose parameters are laid out by THE OPEN LORD OF WATERDEEP.
