Planar Sync

The idea is that it has two connecting runes, a and b. the glyph syncs the properties of the two runes.

for example if one is in the prime material plane, and one is in a pool of lava in the plane elemental fire, the rune on the prime material plane will act as if as its generating unlimted heat from an object the rune is engraved on.
