Regent of the Harbor - Ravens Bluff

The Regent of the Harbor oversaw all dock operations which had been approved by the Council. These duties included operating the city's lighthouse on Ladyrock Island, inspecting, handling and potentially disposing of (hazardous) cargo from incoming vessels, patrolling the harbor and fighting off any attempts to engage in piracy or smuggling.
