Was in the process of being built by Melren at the time of his death to be a brutalizer, the windblown with the consent of the servents of melren have completed him and reactivated him, doing their best to alter his drive. His activation has been a point of anxiety at the peak. Some have a real issue with a mercenary company creating soldiers for its own army. Although nobody is forcing anyone to do anything, with Nivian and Venin both working for the windblown, the way Safeguard ends up being handled could begin a pattern which would make many extremely uncomfortable.
