Grista Kettlecopp (Gr-ist-a Kettle-cop)

Grista is a dwarf who lives and works in Phandalin. She owns the Sleeping Giant tavern. She doesnt keep the tavern very clean and it attracts ruffians like the Redbrands.
Locals will always describe her to be bad tempered, rude and unpleasant. She values being left alone to run her own business the way she sees fit. She has no desire to get involved in anyone else's personal business.
