It is said that the action was led by 4 newly appointed Generals of Blingdenstone that had escaped from the Drow prison of Velyknvelve earlier in the Year. They were said to be a mix of races and that when they left victorious, they left behind them a lasting legacy of martial training, tactics and defensive measures so that Blingdenstone would never be subjugated to harm again.

There is a huge battle in which High Priestess Ilvara of House Mizzrym and Del'Ala'Tor of Bregan D'arthe are slain. It is also said that a number of great magical events took place during this fight, events that some say will have consequences in the future.
