The storefronts tend to be well kept, and the prices tend to be expensive - but what would you expect from -the- premier market? By tradition, prices at this particular market are not haggled. It is considered offensive to do so.
The vendors generally will buy things from customers - however, only things that they are interested in adding to their collection and reselling for a profit they will generally buy at 1/2 cost. Do not expect to dump your trash at these vendors.
