New Dawn Collective
A cult of supermutants that have moved into the area following the death of the Master. They claim to want to live out the rest of their days peacefully, though their worship of the Master as a god calls this into question for a lot of people. The cult is led by a mutant named Watcher Jones, who is trying to encourage trade with the human and ghoul settlements in the area.

Uneasy Trade
Fraser will occasionally send traders up to the Collective's temple, but has a general sense of unease about the situation, and sometimes has trouble finding caravanners willing to make the trip.
Aware of eachother
The Coastal Rangers are aware of the concerns that many have about the Collective, but ultimately don't see the destruction of a peaceful community as their job. The Collective has little interaction with the Rangers, but respects what they are trying to do for the people of Vancouver
In conflict
The Eagles absolutely revile the Collective for reasons they refuse to disclose to most people. The Collective in return doesn't like the Eagles, but run ins with them are rare enough that there aren't strong feelings about them.
