Setting Primer

War. War never changes.

Near the end of the 21st century the world was engulfed in nuclear flames, bringing an end to the Great War and the lives of billions. Even before the end however, Canada had been turned into an arena for larger powers to settle their scores and battle for supremacy, leaving rubble and corpses in their wake.
Vancouver was one such pile of rubble.
After decades of occupation and nearly 2 centuries of conflict, few can say what secrets the city's radioactive ruins harbor, and fewer still can say how valuable they might be. But amidst the ever continuing bloodshed one thing remains certain - war never changes.
