Defensive Pact
The Coastal Rangers have agreed to help defend Yubeesee against external threats, but has little interest in internal policing. In exchange, Yubeesee provides food and supplies to the Coastal Rangers.
Trade Partners
Yubeesee sees Fraser as a group of greedy salesmen but recognizes that they're a necessary part of the town's survival, while Fraser only really cares about Yubeesee so long as the caps flow, but also knows that without Yubeesee they wouldn't have much in the way of customers.
Troublemakers
While Yubeesee officials cannot prove it, they are certain that the Crimson Eagles have been extorting and harassing trader caravans bound for the town. The Crimson Eagles see Yubeesee as a town full of easy marks.
In conflict
The 7th Infantry Division still considers Yubeesee as an unruly part of the pre-war city it was assigned to manage, and as such will attempt to enforce curfews and martial law upon any citizens it comes across. The people of Yubeesee have learned to steer clear of the areas usually patrolled by the 7th, as the ghouls are not generally cognizant enough to actively seek them out.
