Alexander Volk is the current CEO of Chemico, and the leading voice behind the company's entrance into the healthcare sector. By pioneering stimpak manufacture, Volk ensured Chemico's survival after the Nitro controversy, but also ensured stimpaks could be made reliably in the post war world, saving countless lives.
Despite his great actions here, Volk has a infamous reputation for being aggressive during dealings and negotiations, hardline in running the company, and adding onto this reputation are the rumors that he killed the company's founder Seth Marshton after he began to flounder under the backlash to the nitro problem.
