Olm Olson

Olm Olsen is the leaders of the ruthless gang known as the 19's, and is known as a brutal, immoral man who will do anything for profit. Once just a lieutenant in the gang under its founder Lady Fenrir, Olm saw the good the gang was doing as pointless and profitless, giving someone a place to sleep didn't feed the gang members' families. So in 2289, Olm and the other lieutenants cornered Fenrir in her room on the top floor of Fen's Fold, and killed her. 
The 19s quickly changed from being a force for good, into a gang of murderers, muggers, and drug runners, battling for territory regularly with the 40th Street Demons, who they see as Westside's biggest problem. Olm is a ruthless man, not above doing dirty work himself, no matter the cost, as is evidenced in 2297, when on a drug run, he lost an arm to the Demons. It has since been replaced by cybernetics, which he has reportedly modified himself. Olsen spends his days on the top floor of Fen's Fold, directing his footsoldiers in their constant war against the Demons.
