19's
The 19s are one of the most powerful gangs in New Vegas's Westside, controlling everything west of 21st Street, and north of W 36th Street. Within these holdings is their Fen's Fold, and the popular whorehouse, the Fairy House. They battle frequently with the 40th Street Demons all across central Westside, all for control of territory, money, and chems.
Founded in 2283 by Lady Fenrir, the group was originally on par with the Followers of the Apocalypse, helping the people of Westside with places to live and food in their stomachs. But in 2289 the gang transformed into a group of criminals after its current leader, Olm Olson, murdered Fenrir, and took over the gang. Almost overnight the gang left its helpful ways behind again began focusing on profit and control.
Its fall from grace reached fruition in 2297, when Olm led the gang in a violent takeover of the Fairy House, a popular brothel that provided funds to young girls who were trying to excape forced sex work. When Olm and his men swept through the building they killed the bouncers, and executed Fairy Godmother. Since then, the Fairy House has become a den of sin, not to the extent olf Sweetie's, but locals try not to frequent it, and call it the "Gomorrah of Westside" due to how the women are treated there.
