Scarlet Rodriguez

Scarlet rodriguez is the owner and Proprieter of Scarlet's Scrap, a scrapyard in New Vegas, responsible for the breaking down of ruined metal from across the city, almost every ton of metal used in the City's boom of construction was repurposed from her yard.
Despite the yard's name it was not her that started it, rather it was her father Ramón who started the business, and named it after her. He would not be running it for very long though, as in 2291, he was murdered by the 40th Street Demons. Scarlet was only 15. 
Since then she has run the business as the middle man between scrap and companies like Koren Foundry and the Lain Steel Company, providing them with the materials to build the cities of a nation.
