Ramón Rodriguez

Ramón Rodriguez was the founder of Scarlet's Scrap in New Vegas. Charged with breaking down much of the ruins and scrap from the ruins of outer Vegas. He named the business after his daughter, Scarlet, who grew up running around the yard as a young girl. Despite being responsible for the start of the construction boom inside Vegas, he would not see its peak. In 2291, while leaving Westside after looking at a potential site of scrap to harvest, he was shot by 40th Street Demons on the corner of 3rd Street and W 38th. His daughter would be forced to take over his business, not even being 18 years old yet.
He has a small concrete cross on the corner where he passed, though it has been used as a tagging surface by both the Demons and the 19's.
