The Man is the right hand of the Courier, but what this exactly means is unknown. Whether he is simply an advisor or the functioning "vice-dictator" of the Free Economic Zone of the Mojave, is not clear, but his words and messages are often regarded as fromthe Courier himself. To add on to the mystery, is the fact that no one has ever seen him, no one knows what he looks like, whether or not hes human, or if he even truly exists. But what thing is certain, whether real or a ruse, his power is second to the courier, for better or for worse.
