Recent Events in Fate's Haven

Events are listed with the most recent first. A few events will be widely known and gossiped about around the city, and so it would be reasonable to assume your character would have heard about them on the grapevine.
Some events are only known to a few characters. They are noted here to help you catch up with the story, but try to remember that your character won't know anything about the event unless told in-character.

West Camp Guard Interrogated

A small party travel to the West Camp and sneak in, in an attempt to capture a guard for interrogation, to discover more of Seryt's weaknesses. Whilst they succeed, they are seen at the end, leading to another threat from Seryt that their "Time is up.". They take the guard to Creslan Hollows for questioning, discovering more about Seryt's distate for sunlight, and a little about how the teleportation circle in the camp works.

Flaming Branch's Spy, Isaris Rivergather, Captured

A few days after the dragon attack, Ryder and Nyx go to see Mayor Onora Scott, only to start getting suspicious when they speak with her. They discover that Isaris has been taking Onora's place for the past few days, after capturing her and holding her captive in the Town Hall's 'panic room'. They free Onora, capture Isaris, and question her for more information about the Dragon and the Flaming Branch.

Shadow Dragon attacks the North Gate

Shortly after Siouxsie Crowe is forced to retreat back to the Shadowfell, the Shadow Dragon from the West Camp flies over the gate, repeating the demand. It chases the defending party back into the city and inside the tavern, but not before it makes its presence known to the whole of Fate's Haven.

Siouxsie Crowe Revealed

Siouxsie Crowe, the sorceress currently in control of the Flaming Branch organisation, opens a portal to the Shadowfell just to the north of the city. She sends in a small but challenging squad of drow and Catoblepas, demanding that Ryder & Allora are brought to her.

Flaming Branch Camp & Shadow Dragon Discovered

With careful use of the "Speak with Dead" spell, Miz'na questions one of the deceased bandit captains and gets directions to their nearest camp. She, Allora & Ryder travel through the swamp in the Jaded Woods to the West, and come upon a camp where a group of human guards stand watch over an arcane stone circle. Behind them, a massive black dragon lays sleeping. The three sneak away before they're seen.

Raiding Flintmaw Redoubt

After tracking Ryder & Allora East from Fate's Haven, the rescue party come upon Flintmaw Redoubt, an outpost on the coast manned by humans, drow and goblins. They raid the location, retrieving plans for futher attacks on the city, and return via a teleport spell.

Raid on Fate's Haven

A band of humans, goblins and Earth Elementals attack the city of Fate's Haven. The guards are caught unawares, leaving a collection of random visitors and new arrivals to help defend the city.
