Bregins Bay

Bregin's Bay is a pirate haven, located deep within the Lydekar Swamp. Built on a ramshackle mix of docks, struts, and buildings constructed on large rocks jutting from the bay, as well as a few grounded pirate vessels, it is a lawless town where one can disappear. While pirates of Bregan's Bay are often hunted by the Sagramoor Royal Navy, the beasts native to the swamp dissuade a land invasion by the Solar Templars. Bregin's Bay has no rules and no ruler, but the de facto leader is a black dragonborn known as The Old Drake.
