The Old Drake

The Old Drake is a nameless dragonborn who functions as a sort of de facto leader/judge in the pirate port of Bregins Bay. In institution for many decades, he was once a feared pirate captain, but has been land-bound so long few remember his real name, much less the name of his ship. While the Old Drake makes no claim to rule Bregin's Bay, when there is a disagreement between captains or permanent residents, he is the one brought in to arbitrate. Most issues with ship's crew is handled by the captains of their various vessels.
