Cassian Barbeau

Cassian Barbeau is a Grand Marquis of the Court of Wands in the nation of Otra. The older twin, he holds rank over his sister, Alicia Barbeau, but has a more introverted personality, preferring to stay in with his reasearch. He is a member of the Circle of Masks, and Bearer of the Mask of the Emperor.
