Court of Wands

The Court of Wands is one of the four Courts of Otra. Concerned with magical affairs, be it magical research, surveillance, or dealing with magical artefacts and creatures. While there are many elves, the majority of peers within the Court of Wands are Gnomish. The Grand Marquis role within the Court of Wands is actually split, shared between a pair of Gnomish twins, Cassian Barbeau and his sister Alicia Barbeau.
