Court of Chalices

The Court of Chalices is one of the four Courts of Otra. This court is in charge of diplomacy with other nations, international politics, and sometimes local politics when an outside party is required. While most Otran peerage is Human, Elven, or Gnomish, the Court of Chalices has the largest number of members who do not fall into that group, thanks to a higher-than average amount of political marriages with nobility from other nations and City-States. The leader of the Court is the Grand Marquis Askora Copperstone.
