Courts of Otra

The Courts of Otra are an organization of Otra's nobility. Other than the queen, all of the peerage belongs to one of the Courts. the courts are These are the Court of Swords, which is concerned with military affairs, and controls the Chevalier. The Court of Chalices is in charge of diplomacy, and are known for throwing lavish parties among the Otran nobility. Rumor says they are also in charge of espionage. The Court of Coins is in charge of trade and commerce, as well as controlling the Otran navy, the Otran Marines. The Court of Wands is the court in charge of Arcane affairs within the kingdom.
