Cult of Tova

The people who reside in Tova Keep, the Cult of Tova are a collection of odd individuals. Usually seen with fully or partially shaved heads marked in bizzare tattoos, and dressed in brightly colored garments, of which the vividness of color is the only cohesive element, the Cult of Tova has a reputation for strangeness. Still, it cannot be denied that the location of the keep in the heart of the Caballus Desert has made them a tough, hearty people. Nobody knows how to survive in the desert like a Cultist of the Cult of Tova. They are led by High Priestess Altariel.
