Tova Keep

Tova Keep is the home of the Cult of Tova, a strange and reclusive sect from deep within the Caballus Desert. The keep is built at the edge of the Bowditch Mountains, north-northeast from the city of Marhold. It maintains trade relations with both Marhold and Sophora, on the other side of the Serpent Scar.
