Dovrim

Dovrim is a trade city, located near the surface of the Underdark, within The Heartstone. Hidden tunnels to the city reach down from the Capra Mountains. The city is consistently neutral, a policy maintained by it's ruler, the Deep Dragon Sjantalur.
