Honorable Council

The Honorbale Council is a collection of influential individuals in the city of Marhold. A trade city, many of them are merchant princes, although there are a few professional criminals in the organization, hidden by only the thinnest veil of legitimacy. There are also a few foreign nobles, who took wealth with them when they fled from whatever caused them to leave their homeland.
