Marhold

Marhold is acity on the border of the Caballus Desert. The city is currently ruled by Emir Sanek Valdor, the current head of the Honorable Council. The heart of the city is the The Mana Spire, the most famous mage academy in Felidra. It is known for it's non-extradition policy, making it a bit of a haven for those fleeing troubles of their homeland. Those who break the law may find themselves within the nearly-impenitrable Sandspire Prison. It also has a fortress at the entrance to the Underdark, known as the Dark Gate.
