Immortal Spire

The Immortal Spire is the location of the Undying Council, within the city of Ayadar. It is a black spire of stone, standing out from the colorful architecture of the rest of the city. It resembles a smooth, four-seded Obelisk, with a single gate on the north-facing gate.
