Undying Council

The Undying Council are the reclusive rulers of the Aeren Isles. They reside in the Immortal Spire within the city of Ayadar. None are allowed inthin the Immortal Spire save for the Archons, and the identies of the Undying Council are closely guarded secrets. Many rumors abound, with come people believing there is no Council save the Archons, some claiming the Council is made up of a group of true immortals, and some simply believing it is a hereditary group who hid their identities.
