Iron King Bregnath Blackmantle

Bregnath Blackmantle is the 7th ruler of Uthrav, the Duergar cith in The Heartstone. He is the 3rd Blackmantle to wear the crown, and the city has been at war with Gelthael for as long as a Blackmantle has sat on the throne. He is a harsh, vicious warrior, dedicating much of his people to war.
