Joya Shademoon

Joya Shademoon is a light-skinned, dark-haired Halfling. She is the Mayor of Faenwick, a swamp town of groing importance in Aradis. She is partially responsable for the town's growth, having struck a lucrative deal with a group of mercenaries after they rescued the area's noble lord Corbin Sydell.
