King Nythrisk

Nythrisk is the ruler of the Sahuagin city of Vostral, in The Sunken Sea. He is absolute monarch, served by the Sahuagin Princes who rule territories, and Sahuagin Barons who rule individual settlements. All Barons, and by extension Princes and Kings, are Sahuagin of the semi-rare mutation that grants them four arms. Nythrisk is more moderate than many Sahuagin, showing a cunning political savvy alongside his physical strength.
