The Sunken Sea

The Sunken Sea is an eastern region of the Underdark. Reaching up to the surface under the Dragonmaw Sea, these tunnel systems are flooded. There are some dry pockets, but the majority are fully submerged, creating it's own deep-sea ecosystem within the Underdark. At the center of the Sunken Sea is Kuo-lan, the Kuo-toa city. To the Southeast is Vostral, A large Sahuagin city. While militaristic and aggressive, Vostral has a trade agreement with nearby Jotarunn.
