Lysanthir Cazenave

Lysanthir Cazenave is the Grand Marquis of the Court of Coins. An Elf some say is as old as the nation of Otra itself, there is no record of any other Grand Marquis of the Court of Coins but him. He has pale skin with dark hair, resembling an elf from the Aeren Isles more than the more common Otran. He is stoic and calculating, but not as cold as unfeeling as some people expect. He is a member of the Circle of Masks, and the Bearer of the Mask of The Hierophant.
