Mezkara

Mezkara is a large Illithid city in The Depths of the Underdark. Illithids, also known as Mind Flayers, tend to be alien and mysterious, and Mezkara is no exception. Presumably, the city is ruled by an Elder Brain, but it's name and location are kept as a close secret.
