Otran Marines

The Otran Marines are the naval arm of the nation of Otra. All Otran naval ships fall under the command of the Court of Coins, and the Otran Marines are the sailors, warriors and merchants who make that function. They are led by Grand Marquis Lysanthir Cazenave.
