Raka-Del-Phor

Raka-Del-Phor is a large cavern in The Southern Reaches in the Underdark, containing what could arguably called a city. Closer to a large, sprawling camp, it is home to a combination of Puka and Ogres, who have a somewhat symbiotic relationship. The Puka are small and clever, while the Ogres are slow but strong. They work together for mutual survival, both sides providing physical labor, weather through Ogre strength or Puka numbers. The city is ruled by a council of three Puka and one Ogre, collectively called The Table.
