Regent Uvrost

Regent Uvrost is the current Regent of Pyhrtha, ruling the city in the name of Varklast, the Obsidian Dragon. He does not always agree with the Dragon's commands, and would prefer the Fire Giants to dominate the other races residing in the city, but the Dragon believes that do to so would diminish the city's prestige.
