Sandspire Prison

Sandspire prison is a massive pillar of rock located just outside the city walls of Marhold. The commander is a dragonborn named Warden Kuhuril. The inside has been carved out into a winding, twisting complex of tunnels and cells, for a total of ten floors. The top three floors are open-air, where prisoners intended to remain permanently are dropped and left to rot, save for the occasional food drop.
