Thunvrak

Thunvrak, technically Thunvrak the Third, is the ruler of KolTeroth, in Border-North in the Underdark. An Eye Tyrant, he is incredibly powerful. Nothing he can do is more powerful than his abiliy to lucid dream, using the Beholder's limited ability to warp reality through dreams to create things he desires. The most notable of these dream-creations is the Evoking Eyes.
