KolTeroth

Kol'Teroth is a small city, within a larger cavern, in the Border-North region of the Underdark. It is a city of the desperate, and of refugees, as few others are willing to live under the rule of a tyrannical beholder. The Eye Tyrant Thunvrak, is the unquestioned ruler of Kol'Teroth, and while most fear or avoid him if they can, some in the city have gone as far as to worship him, called the Cabal of Eyes. The city is guarded by the Evoking Eyes, a race of lesser beholder-like creatures of Thunvrak's creation.
