Weston Khimer

Weston Khimer is a human native to Marhold. He is the commander of the Empyrean Guard who protect the city. While his position would demand formality, he is known for being a bit of a rake in his off hours. He has his own residence within the city, although he spends less time there than he does at the Judges Rest.
