Spirits
Basic Information
Anatomy
They are a manifestation of a specyfic concept, whether it be an object, emotion or other existing thing not defined in in mortal tongue. They cannot naturaly exist outside of their specific plane, but through special summoning rituals they can be 'anchored' in the material Ferdlan.
Spirits are divided into the lesser and higher species. While the lesser ones are manifestations of concepts found in Ferdlan, higher spirits are the very definition of themselves. Not bound by oudside things, they manifested with the world itself, as the very posibility of their existance was enough for them to be born. The perfect self immediately attained the full power they could ever have.

Growth Rate & Stages
While higher spirits always were perfect, lesser ones posses the ability to grow with time. They are infinitely being born in their respective planes. At the moment of manifestation they posses a very undefined concept, usually "Thing". However, they quickly determine a more specific concept, for example a "Weapone". This process repeats itself over and over again, taking more time with each subsequent precising. The next form may be a "Sword", then "One Handed Sword" and so on.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Spirits are natural sorcerers. Being recognised as creatures, they gain mana in an amount proportional to their age. That is however usually spent almost immediately.
