The 7th Trial of the Eclipse, sometimes referred to as The Trial of Blood, had the most participants of any Trial in Ferox, requiring more than 5000 Champions to participate. The Trial took more than 6 months to complete and had a survival rate of about 5%

The 7th Trial of the Eclipse took place in the year 2643, after the Blood Moon hung in the sky for over a century, resulting in a required total of 5136 Champions to participate, and an unprecedented mortality rate. Despite a total of 5136 Champions participating, less than 300 returned from the Trial, resulting in many referring to it as The Trial of Blood.

The Survivors that emerged as a result of this Trial are considered to be some of the most dangerous - and capable - individuals since the creation of the Trial of the Eclipse. Despite the awe that would come as a result of such a title, however, many Survivors of the Trial chose to lie low upon their victory. Due to the massive quantity of deaths, many chose to never announce their return, appointing individuals to represent themselves on the council and abandoning the prestige and fame that would await them.
