Report: Session 2 - Goblin Arrows, Part 2

General Summary

With a new day ahead of them, the party and Sildar Hallwinter returned to the Cragmaw hideout to face the Bugbear and to locate any clues on the whereabouts of Gundren Rockseeker.

The party arrived at the hideout to see the goblins were packing up to leave. Putting a stop to their retreat, the party fought their way into the cave and was able to execute a sneak attack on Klarg the bugbear.

As Thokk traded blows with Klarg, Daenan and Xanaphia provided ranged magic support. Sildar handled the two goblins.

Xanaphia incapacitated Klarg with a well-placed fire bolt. Thokk easily finished off the downed Bugbear.

The party discovered a note written in globlin. Xanaphia translated the note to the following text:

Klarg,
Send all loot and prisoners to Cragmaw Castle.

With the location of Cragmaw Castle still a mystery, the party travelled back to Phandalin.
