Charthraxis live in the volcano next the village of Dragon's Rest and transformed himself into a Dracolich trough a ritual which consumed many souls including those of Leo his family and village. But he got trapped inside the volcano waiting for his phylactry to come to him.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
The red Dracolich is a towering skeletal behemoth, its massive frame still bearing the remnants of its once-imposing Red Dragon form. Despite the decay of undeath, its movements are swift and precise, its agility belying its monstrous appearance. Though its scales are charred and its flesh decayed, the creature's malevolent gaze burns with an unearthly intensity, a testament to its enduring power and menace.

Personal history
Chartraxis know history started with his attack on the village Dragon's Rest in the year 1283 DR, together with the Cult of the Dragon to make him immortal. In this village was a boy named Leo Kennedy who together with all of the villagers got send to be sacrified for the ritual. During this ritual something happened which interupted the completion and weakened Charthraxis.
After more than 200 years Leo Kennedy came back to exact revenge and free himself from grasp of the Dracolich. They battled each other and The Bane of Dragons defeated him, but not permanently. Leo then found out that he is the Phylactry. Now Charthraxis lives inside Leo waiting to break free again.
